I just wanted to say thanks Scan.

I bought a TJ09S from you over a week ago. This was the first expensive item I'd bought from Scan as I am a relatively new buyer. I admit I was rather nervous about it and then the first one arrived with a dint in the top and a scratched motherboard tray...!

Dealing with your sales and customer service was a pleasure and well, to cut the story short the replacement case arrived this morning. The outside is perfect but again the motherboard tray is scratched - this I can live with. I doubt it's Scans fault and is probably Silverstone for not securing the wires properly inside the case for transit.

Once again thanks Scan and a thank you to Ian in sales for helping me choose between cases.
