Psu rma

Hi guys. Generated an RMA yesterday for a PSU. Cant give you the number at the mo because I'm still at work. Not heard anything yet but the PSU will be 12 months old on Wednesday so I dont want to miss my return window.

Good luck with RMA.. maybe just buy new PSU when you get the new PSU back or if it goes past Wednesday, just buy new solid PSU..

Hi Lee. Mail just come through but it says I need to get the PSU to your for Thursday 21st May !!

'RMA xxxxxxx will expire if the items are not received by 21 May 2009'

I dont really think this is reasonable ! Theirs no way I'll be able to get the psu posted until Saturday. I was off work on Monday and could have sent it then if the RMA mail had arrived ....
