    Unhappy Order still not dispatched

    Hi Scan,

    I placed an order on the 31st of December 2009.
    I received a confirmation email on the 1st and another of payment on the 2nd but the order still hasn't been dispatched.
    When I placed the order it said that they will get delivered on the 5th of Jan 2009 but I haven't heard anything yet and there is not pick up date.
    There are 8 items plus a cable, I am building a new system and was hoping to have the parts delivered today to I can build the system tonight.
    Can you look into it for me please.

    DaveM from Scan has posted a thread saying deliveries will be dirupted due to adverse weather conditions (We're talking 1Ft of snow around Greater Manchester)

    There are no deliveries today from Scan as CityLink have grounded their vans due to the bad weather.

    Hi m1lan,

    Many of us couldn't make it into the offices today so I cannot see what the item is you've purchased at present. It doesn't look as though the order is picked from our tracking service, which normally suggests that an item is out of stock. Unfortunately there is no way to dispatch your item today as CityLink are not collecting due to adverse weather conditions here in the North-West.

    I'd suggest logging a query with customer services where we shall respond ASAP;
