Ordered From Scan: No Order Details

Hi

So this is the first order I have ever made with Scan and I have heard excellent things about Scan. However it being a thursday (weekday) I ordered a motherboard and power supply and got the payment made and saw the your order is complete page.

It has been an hour or two now and I have received no email about my order and there is no details of my order in my account either. Is this normal for it take a while at this time of the week/day? Or should I have received some kind of confirmation straight away?

Also I checked my bank account and the money hasn't been taken but it says that its due to be taken.

Anyway I screnshot-ed the order complete screen so i have an invoice essentially with my details just in case.

Any help much appreciated! Being my first purchase this has gotten me a little worried!

You'll get confirmation in working hours rather than a server generated response

The first order is always troublesome, many around here had the same issue.
