    Cheers Scan for all my bits again that I recently ordered.

    Just wanted to give some feedback and not only on how very happy I am with your service but also your delivery service you use, DPD brilliant . Very nice touch with Text messaging updates on every step! The delivery between times notification and option to text to change delivery date.

    Have not used a more professional service/set-up!

    I can't agree with you more on the Scan / DPD combo when it comes to deliveries. The text delivery slot is something other couriers could learn from.

    However, it's a completely different story if they are arranged to collect something back for RMA. I've still got a drive to be collected, originally intended on Thurs 4th Nov. Apparently, according to the tracker, they did turn up but premises was closed?

    1. They may have got the wrong address / door number
    2. They have my contact number - no missed calls on mobile
    3. There was no 'sorry we missed you' card to indicate they've turned up

    I've never had a problem with Scan or it's couriers (past & present), but I'm hoping this current issue does not leave a bitter taste in my mouth.

    I think the move to DPD has been fantastic, including RMA's. My big gripe with Scan in the past was their choice of courier but DPD have been fantastic with the several orders Ive had over the last several weeks
