First Order: Not looking too good

Hi guys,

On saturday I ordered a few bits and bobs, one of which were not in stock (A shuttle carry bag) so I phoned up to check when they would be delivered. I was told they would be delivered on Monday (to scan) - So today at about 3pm I phoned up your Sales team (found out I had the wrong team! doh!) and got passed to customer services by a very friendly person I then got talking to a very friendly woman, I didnt catch her name - Who told me that she would flag the order up as Urgent for me and was positive that it would ship today.

Just checked my order status and it still hasnt been picked, for a first order this isnt looking too good

Hopefully we can get this sorted
