Why is noone responding to my RMA questions at Scan???

Well I RMAed my board 2 weeks ago now. Initial tests decided it worked then I requested a retest through this board.

Apparently it's been retested but no-one is replying to my queries.

I'd like to know what's going on as they have something I paid for now.

Board is definitely bust but I want to know what Scan are playing at and why they don't reply!

RMA number is 145797

Well I can see the last two queries you sent in where on Saturday, just before closing, and yesterday night... but I've passed a message on in case they have any updates on it for you.
