City Link - Joke Company. Change them Scan

I use quite a few delivery companies and generally City Link are the most reliable. It's certainly a regional thing although when we have relief drivers round here it can go loopy.

Only a couple time have i had problems with them. I order quite a bit of stuff and most of the time they are ok.

the main trouble i have with Citylink is for picking up an rma to return to scan. Scan give you a 3 hour time slot of you choice (e.g. 9am-12pm) and say that it will be picked up in that time.

Citylink turn up at 4.45pm and according to them, they dont guarentee pickup times it is just an all day thing.

So either Scan or Citylink are wrong on this issue? (I've been told it on 2 separate occasions)

I've had repeated problems with them in Nottingham and in Coventry.
