I was bitten by OCUK twice and i would NEVER give them a penny again.
I would rather spend more and not have to use them.

I have used 10 or 15 different PC part etailers over the years and Scan are the best by a loooooooong way.

    Always a good experience.

I agree with this but the OP said he doesn't want this to be a OcUK vs Scan war so I will stop there.

I've never had any problems RMAing things to OCUK, overall I'm quite happy with their service... but I still never use them these days because of their ridiculous 10-30% mark-up they seem to add to everything.

    lol

I was looking again at some stuff to get and again almost everything is cheaper everywhere else, one thing quite a lot cheaper at OCUK, every other item quite a bit cheaper everywhere else as usual.

Re: OVERCLOCKERS can do an RMA properly

I think the issue with Ocuk here on the boards is so many people have had issues with them in the past that even positive threads will just be jumped on by a lot of these people. I came to these boards because of bad (terrible) dealings with Ocuk but credit should be given when credit is due. One good RMA is not going to ever persuade me to use them ever again heck I would rather not have a computer than use Ocuk.
Still well done to them for getting something right for a change maybe as things become tigher with the recession hitting they will change their ways maybe not
