Ebuyer has never been the quickest, but I've never had any major problem with them.

I ordered quite a bit off them one time and some generic ram was doa and a cable was sent. but it was the wrong one. Did that ticket thing, and they delivered new ram and cable next day. Woo free cable and broken ram!

I think most people have different experiences, i would prefer to order from scan anyday cos if there is a problem you know you'll get it sorted. Where as my mate bought a router and it was broken, he requested an rma 2 weeks ago and hasn't got a reply or anything as of yet.

I have used ebuyer without problems but NEVER pay for their "fast" delivery cos it never arrives when they say. If you can wait a week for delivery then they are fine - fingers crossed.

    Hmmm....

My GF recently purchased a D-Link Wireless modem/router with USB wireless thingy-majig and another USB wireless thingy also. Today, well, now yesterday, the usb thing turned up but theres no sign of the router!

On the ebuyer website, it says "Pick in progress" so lets hope she gets 2 USB things for the price of one!

Yes I have also had this, they seem to randomly choose not to include any kind of Delivery note!.. So sometimes I recieve one and others time not..

If you want an invoice, you have to print one from there web site.
Log in to your account then click on the status that will be "Invoiced" then print it.
Don't know what to do if you havn't got a printer though, maybe you have to ask for one to be sent?

I would recommend them as I've had some real bad experiences with Eclipse and Misco (6 months to sort out an RMA).

There are much worse out there. The main problem with Ebuyer is that they don't pick up the returns like scan, which can be a pain if its a bulky item.
They will, if you ask. You have to specifically call and ask. I make a point of never paying for return postage on faulty goods. I don't see why I should be out of pocket.

Already said what I need to say in

So if an Admin wants to take up my offer, its there. I use Ebuyer for business and home, have 2 accounts, know my Initial City link guy by Mobile Number and Name, have an inside ear on ebuyer, and now thanks to Hexus, an 01** number for their call center

I've had absolutely no worries with them, even back in the day when they were enemy number 1 (well more so ). Had stuff sent to me both down south near the M25 and up in Scotland and it's almost always arrived a day or two before they say it should (except obviously next day stuff).

Just my (no doubt said before) 2 cents.

I have never had any problems with them at home, but at work the service is dire.
