O2 have completely screwed me over

does anyone even know how to get O2 to sort out problems>?!!!!!!!!

they told me they were putting me onto one tarriff to keep me as a customer and then 3 months later have completely denied ever offering me such a good offer and stuck me onto another worse contract

i have spoken to customer services but they just end up making more and more mistakes on my bill etc

i have asked them to find the recording of the conversation for proof but no-one gets back to me....

    any ideas

Ask for your transfer code, than normally gets them moving fairly quickly in the right direction..

    if not, change provider..

lol they cocked up my 'upgrade'.. they said they were going to give me 200mins and 500 texts for £15pm... instead i'm on my old contract (50mins, 500 texts) for £4pm I guess their cock-ups work both ways

    I get 200 mins & a small amount of texts for £8pm
worked great for 6 months but now every month I have to ring them up as they keep failing to apply the discount...
If it wasn't such a good deal I would be off.

I've been with o2 for over 2 years now on the same tariff. About a year ago they offered me different deal which at the time seemed good, so I gave them the ok to change my tariff. A year later they still haven't changed it! Okay, in the end, it did kind of suite me as I decided that I prefer my current tariff anyway. But still...

Their CS has not got the best reputation.

I'm due another upgrade now, and I plan on changing my tariff too. I just hope it goes through without a hitch.
