One of them points to an IIS issue, but I can access the page required quite happily, but only upon entering the IP rather than HostName.

On the client machine, edit the HOSTS file and create an entry for the server.

Notepad can be used to edit the file, just remember to save the filename using quotes to avoid having .TXT appended.

The file is in %systemroot%\system32\drivers\etc, and the line just needs to have the IP address of the server, then white space (a tab will do) and the name(s) for the host.
