I'll just stick with the gym and stay away from the coke and chocolate.
Any time I feel like having a snack in between meals I just go have a glass of water, sometimes with diluting juice if I want something sweet. It's not to help loose weight, but just to be a bit healthier I suppose. I also started walking everywhere that I used to get the bus to. I walk about 2 - 3 miles a day now.
It is good to eat between meals. The main thing is that you do not eat too many calories in a day and you have your macro nutrients in teh correct proportions.
Try this, you can lose pounds in 10 days. Without pills. knobby website
