Juicing has helped me in the past, it's a great way to get your daily requirements of fruit and vegetables and you can become quite inventive with the smoothie recipes. If I am consistent with it the weight always comes off.

Exercise is a key to lose belly fat with out exercise you can not get better results.Green tea is very helpful for losing fat.some exercise are given below!
Dips
cycling
running
pullover and swimming
Try the 5-2 diet
New year tips :
Have a hearty lunch but skip dinner.
Eat noodles like Maggi / similar dry cake noodles for dinner if you find yourself starving
I'm in the forces, most of us exercise a minimum of three times a week. Once a week will do very little. You will want to fat burn so jog on the running machine, use a cross trainer and the bike and be sure to use them in the fat burn zone not the cardio zones which can feel quite slow dependent on fitness.
If you can get used to going out running do it. It's low cost can be done when ever etc.
I prefer to exercise on an empty stomach and eat afterward and not in huge amounts.
Another way - something like the Cambridge diet which is very hard for the first three days will drop those inches quickly but can be expensive to do and requires complete dedication.
If you are serious about loosing weight it is about the whole life style change. Worrying about food that fills you up at lunch time wouldn't be an issue as you lean to eat less your stomach will shrink and you want to eat less. There should be people in your local gym who can help you out if your serious.
Good luck.
Clean diet with plenty of protein and 20%cardio 40%lifting and 40%rest.
12 weeks and you'll notice a difference.
Its that simple, the hardest part is motivation to keep going when you see nothing happening....
Lost 20KG last year, now normal weight range for my height around 73KG
I am a male in mid 20s.
Towards the end I've even managed to get a six pack, did a full marathon, since then I've slacked and lost some ground.
I've tried everything, heavy exercise 2 hours a day, weights training, cardio, fasting, all sorts of diets and stuff.
Few things I've noticed (at least for my body):
Stop eating is the fastest way of losing weight by a long shot, I did not appear to lose much muscle doing so either.
Exercise while eating more does not make you lose weight.
Sometimes you loose 1kg a day, sometimes you gain half a pound, even while losing weight overall, however weighing every day is very useful to keep you motivated.
High Resistance training is more effective, but you need to go all out, for 10 minutes, is more effective than going for 60 minutes cardio.
Compound training is the least boring of weight training.
You can go on the cross trainer for ages and age, even being super unhealthy.
Eating machines oats or bran is like not eating for losing weight, you can eat a ton of them, and still lose weight, however they taste horrible.
Swimming does nothing for weight loss, even if you feel like you are near death at the end.
Most supplements for exercise does nothing, only thing that works is caffeine tablets
I was in the same boat, 120kg down to a lean 80kg and everything you said there is spot on. Only thing i would go againist is wieghing your self, if you are weight training and wieghing your self your only going to get depressed, the only good way i find is to take a picture every two weeks. you will see a difference!
HIIT is also good for burning, going all out at max effort for 30 seconds, rest for 30 seconds, do that for 20 mins with a 2 min cool down and youll feel like youve run 11 miles.
It is funny, because people often forget.
Get fit in the gym, loose weight in the kitchen.
It is possible to be fit but fat afterall, the best work in the gym, won't deliver results if you are over eating. That said the best work in the gym can be hindered by starvation.

"Spinning" is good excercise. Diet wise, I avoid refined sugar, but eat three meals a day (don't over do dinner), but make sure you sleep properly as the lack of sleep can mess everything up. Not enough sleep can make you more prone to binge or snack on junk in general and affects your mood so can affect your motivation to excercise and eat properly.

I put on about 10 lbs over Xmas and New Year just by eating rubbish. Back on track now though , thank goodness the weather is good a.t.m. although snow forecast for tonight. Found an excellent wee bookie called a-z of fat and calories by Rosemary Conley, available in the likes of W.H. Smith's etc. Covers virtually all the common supermarket products and does a comparison between same products in each one , great little book to assist in the weight loss battle.
Injured my ankle so finding doing a lot of cardio difficult, any ideas out there?
Swimming is good, if you have had an ankle injury as it builds the muscle/strength without the impact. If you get significant pain by putting weight on the ankle, I would see a doctor or better still go straight to a physiotherapist that specialises in sports injuries. If you do the latter you'll need to pay an upfront cost, since you're basically going private (I paid £33 for a 30 min appointment/session). It's just that if you go the GP/NHS route it could take weeks to get a referral to the same physio, by which point the injured ligaments could be healing up in an undesirable way and kind of defeats the object of going to the physio anyway.
Cycling is quite low impact for ankles too, I have a bad ankle at the moment but cycling on it is fine.
I've gone more paleo over the last 12 months, to encourage fat burning as fuel for endurance events. Working so far.
Now have become more convinced as a result of more research. The movie CEREAL KILLERS is def one to watch.

One can never stop saying Thank You
To reduce belly fat it is good to do exercise everyday. Running and jogging are best exercises for reducing belly fat. Diet is also very important so it is good to eat less and low calories food.
