Question Can I ask a rather cheeky question?

Today I poped into YOYO tech on windmill street on my way home as I had to go to maplins.
I want to actually have a look at some cases in the flesh so to speak and I decided to get a fan controller aswell.

I talked to someone who's name I've forgotten
Now I was just after a fairly basic (and cheap ) fan controller, I was offered the Akasa AK-FC-06.
Cannot fault it as that's pritty much what I wanted, although yoyo didn't have it in black only silver, so he offered to knock a couple of quid off.

Now comes the problem No this is my fault as I forgot the reason I had rejected it before, I don't have a spare 3.5" slot to put it into.
But it gets worse (and still my fault here) I opened up the box on the way home to generally check it.

    And the cheeky question:

Would it be possible to return it in it's current state and exchange it for a Black Zalman ZM-MFC1?

Which I saw yoyo did have in stock and I should of got it in the first place.
But the cheaper price and the money knocked off sold me the Akasa.
I'm a sucker for money off

EDIT: Must add the current state is product unused, unmarked. Plastic box unmarked, cardboard insert two small rips. If it wasn't for the rips I'm beable to get away with saying I'd never opened it.

Any responce to my cheeky question?

I've worked out an alternate solution, but it involves takeing a saw to my case and some black enamel paint.

Would be nice if I didn't have to though.

    All part of the service.
This is the reason why we love running a well-packed store in Central London, so we can really get hands-on with our customers and give them the service that they deserve!

Pure online stores can be a little too much with the

Whereas, in our experience, customers react much better to

And one down in Kent somewhere please

Took me ages to find your store locations on the website too - how about a nice link at the top right or on one of the "tabs" across the top
