That is looking really good!
I would be very interested to know how well the thing overclocks afterwards...
...and personally I would go with the red ;D

Have you got 4 xigmatek fans pulling air throught the lower rad and one Noctua on the other side pushing air through?
If you're happy with the XigmateK fans you could replace the enermax twisters with the Xigmatek red bladed white LED fans
http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/Xigma...-F1253-LED-FAN
Or swap them for the new Enermax Apollish fans (although that could be costly)

Or just paint them like Bill Owen does

Sure there's a vid some place I'll try to find it.

"Are you suggesting that I can't punch an entire dimension into submission?" - Flying squirrel - The Red Panda Adventures
Sorry photobucket links broken
Thanks - i'm with you on that!
Yes there are 4 pull and 1 push - I havent got the space to have any more pushing (pump, cables etc - but figured the noc is pretty much silent and should help a bit
I like the look of the red Enermax - just a shame they don't do 92mm versions - as it those that stand out the most!!
Nice one Syd,very nice.
Couple of q's, today has brought a couple new challenges, 1st I decided to get a little more pressure so I purchased a dual laing block:
Only thing is I didn't realise you could not mount it flat (as in picture)
Any suggestions/brackets you guys may have seen that would work?
Secondly here is the layout sofar:
I'm having some difficulty making the connections, have made this one sofar:
Any feedback or advice on the layout/connections would be greatly appreciated, TBH i thought i had done the time consuming/hard bits already!!!!!
Later that day
......................................................Have progressed a little further today, but have a couple of concerns, firstly the layout I am looking it is not ideal, but given the bits I have seemingly the neatest/most efficient route..............
Res-Pump-Rad(480)-Gpu-Chipset-Rad240-Cpu-------->
Does mean the rad240-cpu is a little ugly though
Also getting over the Swiftech GTZ is proving fun, not............
A very small part that (i hope) is finished
Thoughts/solutions on a postcard please.
To say that I am not an expert in water cooling is an understatement (only ever seen just one rig in person) so I may be totally wrong, but... On the graphics card, should the tubes be plumbed into each different ports on the GPU block? isn't this going to go just strait through and coolant spilling onto your mobo?
That said, this is looking like a very very very nice build!
Hi Syd
Nice to see you back.
The comments about the GPU are correct. The inlet/outlet should be staggered
as for the bracket
http://www.chilledpc.co.uk/shop/index.php?cPath=40_102
or
http://www.watercoolinguk.co.uk/cata...hp?cPath=77_75
or you could have used one of these if you wanted it to be flat.

Lovely to hear from you Mr Stoba - and honestly the time and effort that has gone into getting this far is soooooo much more than I ever expected!!! In fact I hold you partly responsible
What's your take on the GPU-CHIPSET-RAD480-CPU-RAD240 ?
Reason for it is routing - to go Rad480-CPU-Chipset-Rad240-GPU is a tubing nightmare!!!!
Point taken It's hardly a final build, but that will def get moved......
Good to hear from you too Pig
However as per the comment regarding the aforementioned Mr Stoba I do hold you equally responsible for the stress and skintness I am currently feeling!!! BTW IYO will any of those brakets do the same job with the dual pumps?
Syd
My deepest apologies and sympathy but perfection takes time, money and can be infectious
As for a bracket, I would normally manufacture my own. But if I had to purchase one it would be this.
http://www.chilledpc.co.uk/shop/prod...roducts_id=967
Attach this to the back of a fan (will help cool the pumps) and you now have a vertical facing pump.
You talked yourself into it I had no part in it, but it will get worse from here on
As for the loop order, what ever is tidier, aslong as there is a reservoir before the pump it doesnt make much difference on temps at all
Hehe, I know - and I couldn't have got this far w/o you
That looks like I ve got an alternative use for the NP12 thats sitting on the back of the 480!!
That's reassuring - thanks Peter, I want to make it as tidy as poss, it's just connecting the second rad is meaning slightly longer tubes than i'd prefer, but I will put it together and see what it looks like
OK, slight change of plan, can't get it to look sensible the way I had it so have done the following, and I think it looks OK:
A bit of a compromise as the loop is now
Res - Pump - Rad1 - GPU - CHIPSET - CPU - Rad2 >>>>>
However what interests me is will it make much difference with an unusual loop order to temps?
From what I have read I don't think so but Peter, Pig et all I would welcome your feedback
BTW before anyone mentions I realise I haven't connected the loop fully yet
