In real terms the order will not matter.
The loop will find its own temperature.
I have carried out testing with a temperature gun and I have found that the loop varies by only 2 deg C in any part of my system.
Res - pump - 360 - CPU - NB - pump - 240 - GPU - GPU - Res
So you should have no problems.
PS. looking good.

Also now the GPU is correct. ie water will come in from the chip block, around the EK block and out.
Also are all the fittings bitspower??
and where did you get them??
Thanks for the reassurance Pig
The fittings are all BP apart from the extender on the GPU - which is a Phobya, however I am trying to replace that with a matching BP.
Sourced from OCUK (no one else had the right angle fittings) Chilled PC and Specialtech - in hindsight it may have been cheaper to order them all in 1 hit from the states but TBH I approached both Performance PC's and Sidewinder requesting a 'bit' of a deal on a $750 order and neither were remotely interested so I was kinda put off. I suppose the only other thing is that I have changed the layout sooooooo many times sofar that I would never have ordered all the right bits the first time - or in fact the right type of fittings!
I have gone from 1/2 barbs (didn't like idea of using clips) to 3/8" 1/2" compression (tube was too thin walled and looked insubstantial) to the 1/2" 3/4" which looks great IMO but doesn't bend great!!!!
Thanks for the information Syd.
I normally use 7/16" pipe as it is more flexible, but I have a new build in the pipework and I think I will have to use 1/2"
Substituted the silverstone fn on my caddy for somthing a little more subtle today
and also fitted the pumps - couldn't attach them to a fan as there simply isn't enough depth in the case b- but handily the Z bracket (as recommended by Pig) and the other UN bracket have worked perfectly I think
Good to see the bracket worked out in the end.
Should be finished by the weekend now. lol
Got a little more done today, We entertained last night and today Mrs Syd was happy catching up on some Sky +, X factor Master Chef etc etc............
So the rig and bits got moved to the front oom and I got some more braiding and piping sorted:
Changed over a couple of fittings:
Made up my drain valve:
Braided the temp probes:
Fitted it + a temp probe:
and another:
now next time time to Fit the res, tidy up cabling etc etc
So what's your final loop sequence? and where in the loop have you put the temp probes?

Syd
You must place the res before the pump otherwise you will starve the pump and cause cavitation (extra noise & air is the system)
Also looking very good
And very nice of Mrs Syd to give you time off for being a good boy so you could play with your toys. lol
