This is a Coolermaster CM690,I have also the CM590 ,actually I think the CM590 have better airflow

I love the use of thoes screw in cable holders (cannot remember what they are called) to keep the wireing neat

P Clips, I've bought some 6.4mm diameter ones to help neaten my cables. On some big cases you can screw them on the reverse side of unused motherboard holes to route the cables nicely

But I'm unsure if I need reverse thread screws on the other side.

I think using the graphics card in the second pci-e x16 slot will reduce graphics performance because it runs in x4 mode not x16. Not sure though.

yeah actually your correct. the 2nd pci-e x16 only runs at x4 and x1 mode.
I got suspicous when my 3d mark lowered from 13500 to about 10000.
