yea it was from a poster who said he got it off a gt german website
http://forums.evo-web.co.uk/showthre...17#post2131717
also here is where he said he got it from a german gt website:
http://forums.evo-web.co.uk/showpost...postcount=1596I get it from a German GT Page! I don't Know if it is a Fake, but It sounds logical!
There were a lot of German Interviews with YAMAUCHI, Germany is a Big Market, so i will hope this is real.......!
There was a smaler Interview who he says the same things, without giving the red Card to Sony.
The Point is now we get Download files, I December we get the Option to turn off Demages in Menu!
After this they will release a full update of the Cars, all Car will be Premium, after all this truble, i think the Problem was changing the Game to HD1080 !!!
Sony is ridiculous!
I mean the link to the German GT website.
He doesn't provide one? Rubbish story then
Trouble is, alot of it seems to make alot of sense, and would explain just what they've been doing for 5 odd years or so. At the moment what we have is more of a GT4.5.
But when you see them say things likeThat's not really something you would expect someone from inside the company to say....We were personally actually quite surprised by the raitings it got, we expected lower!
No doubt it will soon be on gameing websites with more details or will be dismissed by PD if it's fake.
I'm kinda in 2 minds, on the one hand it's too good to be true, on the other that's the stuff that probably should have made the game anyway.....
Time will tell.

Kazunori Yamauchi has been fielding questions from fans on Twitter over the past few hours. The tweets are in Japanese, but with a little help from Google and medhi_san, we can get a pretty good idea of what he’s talking about. Here’s the highlights:
•Flexible camera angles and “dynamic and wide-area lighting needs” are to blame for the sometimes blocky shadows. Yamauchi admits they are a problem and wants to improve them.
•Yamauchi appears to consider the possibility of removing the in-game HUD (heads-up-display features) at some point in the future.
•To unlock the Red Bull X1, you’ll need to complete the “Sebastian Vettel Challenge”, which appears at Level 30.
•Online “lounge” functionality and other features will be added “one by one”.
•Polyphony Digital continues to work on fully supporting the Logitech G25 and G27, though Yamauchi admits he would like a “new steering device soon”…
•Mechanical damage options will be implemented in a new update for GT5 coming “early December”.
•As you may know, many players noticed that GT5’s face-tracking functionality only worked in Arcade mode. According to Yamauchi, it’s not available in GT mode due to memory issues with the PS3.
•In-game rewards (such as the monetary prize in GT5 Prologue) for your performance in online events is something Polyphony Digital is considering, and may be implemented in a future update.
•Gran Turismo 5’s official, 2-disc sound-track will be released soon.
•Yamauchi wanted to implement a “free roam” gameplay mode in GT5, where players could drive around, respecting speed limits and obeying traffic laws, and even exit the car to walk around and explore the environment on foot.
•The YouTube replay upload feature had to be pulled from the final version of the game because it took a very long time to render and it consumed too much memory. Yamauchi is still considering it, however.
As always, it is refreshing and exciting to see Yamauchi’s interactions with fans via Twitter. Let’s hope the medium continues to be a valuable open line into Polyphony Digital as GT5 to evolves!
"Gran Turismo 5’s official, 2-disc sound-track will be released soon" -- so if you've been wanting to make sweet love to jazz but without the PS on, here's your chance

I usually skip past josh's comments
I like the 'get a better set up' attitude when talking about sound issues!
I'd like to know who to get in touch with regarding that There's not much out there which is better (for the sized room I have) and trust me PD - it's too bassy!
wow just had one of the best races with jcwhite, Oil_slickz, nmcdonald and think it was suicyco-4-life and another guy in monza in the wet using f40's
quali sessions started in the rain so most of us was on wet whilst jcwhite used inter's.
when the race started the rain stopped and we was racing in a wet damp road. i had some amazing battled with Oil and mcdonald.
At the first corner i put myself into 3rd from 7th with only mcdonald and jcwhite ahead of me and managed to keep up with both and on the 2nd lap, jcwhite was already long gone whilst i was just a few inches away from mcdonald on the long straight just before the final corner and did not want to risk trying to overtake him as i would have to go into the gravel a bit to do so, so i backed off and maintained pressure on him until i oversteered in that last corner and out of nowhere, Oil_slickz overtakes me!
Oil_slickz and mcdonald where now a few seconds ahead of me battling eachother out on what seems like a close battle(Oil_slickz and mcdonald, care to share what happened in your part) and on lap 4, at some point in that lap Oil gained 2-3seconds lead ahead of mcdonald. i then overtook mcdonald midway into lap4 as it seemed he must have spun way out of control as i saw him along the gravel facing 90 degrees away from the track.
i passed him and only just over a lap to go was on the case againts Oil_slickz. me and Oil_slickz where both nervous in the final lap as we both made mistakes in similar corners and i was maybe a second away from him after gaining closer to him in the final lap. it ended with Oil_slickz taking 2nd spot and me 3rd.
Great race. one of the best experience i have had in this game online.
