    - go to work.
    - work.
    - come home.
    - eat dinner and interact with the family, etc.
    - when family've gone to bed play Xbox for 1 or 2 hours before getting ones own head down.

So, if the game takes an allegded 25 hours to complete, then yes, that can be seen as "a day to complete" but real peeps could easily spend up to a month, in real life time, to complete it. Give or take having a bigger gaming sesh at the week.
Same boat here, it was only last night i managed to get on my ps3 when missus went to bed at 10pm, i played condemned 2 for about 1 1/2 hours then suddenly woke up at 11.45pm to find myself running in the corner of a room!!! wiped my dribble from my chin and went to bed

I just don't know how to pull off wedgies on demand, I seem to do them by accident. Chapter 5 and only 2 wedgies to my name!!!
That mission also made me laugh especially the cut scene after the mission is complete

Anyway to pull a wedgie - all you should need to do is walk behind the student when they have there back to you - one of the options should then turn into underpants - press the button (b i think) and then that will perform a wedgie on them, please note however this cant be done on girls.

GTAGaming.com - Organized Crime At Its Best

You may know him as the guy who means that Michael Scott is on US television screens or you might know him as the original, David Brent. Some people in the UK see him as a giant black hole sucking in the BBC's money, but there's no denying he is a very popular personality.

Rockstar Games knows all about his popularity, and he's landed himself a starring role in Grand Theft Auto IV. Speaking to free UK magazine Shortlist, Gervais says he performs three minute long, exclusive-to-the-game routines at Liberty City's comedy clubs, and he's very proud to be doing it. "Unfortunately they captured the whole horror, except I look slightly tougher. It's seriously a big deal, though", he says.
Ricky Gervais in GTA IV sounds fun

Ah mate, you walk into a comedy club, in game, and Ricky Gervais is on stage doing a routine? Thats the best thing ever.

    Talk about production values.

This game is shaping up to be the dogs bollocks.

Re: Gta 4 Finished!! Completed!! Clocked!!

But even ignoring the hype, and trust me I have (I only started reading about the game the other week) everything I read, I like.

My main wondering at the moment is will the multiplayer hold up to the likes of Halo and CoD? Is it a 'proper' multiplayer, that will last you for months. Deep, tactical, and all that.

I have every faith that the single player game will be A1.

Plus, I wouldn't want to complete GTAIV in one day. I like to make my games last, get the monies worth, and eek out all the gaming goodness I can. Then, after several months of playing and having completed the game, go back in and beat the crap outta it!!!
Yup exactly. seeing as there is no 24, lost, prison break now. i use that tv time to play this game and treat it has if im watching a tv series because lets face it, this game has wroughly the same duration of game time before completing it, to a whole series of 24 lol!

i predict around august/septemeber before i complete this bad boy

Re: Gta 4 Finished!! Completed!! Clocked!!

On the whole how long t will take, has anyone ever completed a game on the day you got it? Day I got Halo I got to the 3rd level, then did other things. Any game gets boring after a while. Unless you are trying to complete it in a day, for some competition reason or whatever, you'd be mad to pay 40 notes and then stay up for a day and a half draging yourself through it.

    Chill and enjoy the experience.

Re: Gta 4 Finished!! Completed!! Clocked!!

Well for online Stewart, there seems to be a lot of modes available, and most of them do look rather good, deathmatch, turfwars, mafia and the like.

The racing might be quite fun too, but it obviously wont be forza2 standards

edit :- About people charging through the game, I totally agree with you. The first thing that i am going to be doing is walking around, driving etc. Getting a great fel of the game and having fun. Of course i will have to try my best to find access to locked of areas and see how long i can survive over there. Then i will start the missions

There is one thing that i think might ruin the game in that sense for alot of people. and that is Rockstar Social Club supposed to be open today but seems its still closed, but its a stats based website for GTA including things like the 100% club where people are recognised for being the first to get 100% etc... In my opinion i think its a really nice idea that you can check stats of friends and compare, but 100% club... those who want to do it can i suppose, just increase there E-Peen

Comes out on a Tuesday, don't it? So for most it will be 3 days or so before there is a spare afternoon to put a good few hours in.

That's a completely different argument though. It doesn't matter if someone plays it 10 hours a day or one hour a week, the total content is the important thing, and the fact is... if it's 25 hours, then it's short. If it's 40 hours then it's good. We'll find out for sure soon enough.
