Burnout Paradise has put me off, for ever, getting 100% on a game.
After driving around to find 50 billboards, 400 gates, 70 jumps, 50 this, 250 that, etc, I realised that these treasure hunt type things are the cheapest, least fun way of squeezing a few hours more gameplay out of something.
And I vowed never again to go on these crap find-the-600-whatevers.
So it will be a cold day in hell before I punish myself driving around looking for 200 pigeons.
I really hope this stuff doesn't catch on. Its balls.
Its is really pointless and it shouldn't catch on, and i wouldn't bother for anything else, Buuuut this is GTA
Not that i have noticed so far... then again I've pretty much just been on multiplayer since getting the 100% so wouldn't have noticed...
But on the social club there are some nice things to download once you can access the 100% area, same as the story gang section... but for 100%
I can't imagine how tedious it must have been.
It was bad enough in the Burnout cars, where you tap the gas, and are going a million miles per hour and can turn on a sixpence. GTA, with its clunky cars, crap handling, and all that, it really must have been a nightmare.

When you go drinking. When you first leave the bar you are too wasted to flag a taxi down.
Normally Nico would shout "Taxi"
But when you are drunk he shouts "Yellow Car" and "Aaaarrgghhh."
Looks like i got too greedy, cus after getting another £250000 from a dimitri mission my brother Roman has been shot!! Yup he's DEAD!, at his own wedding and now kate wont speak to me, now i've gotta go find dimitri and open a can of baked beans on him.

That has probably ruined the ending for some people, spoiler tags/whiting it out would have been nice...
but yes that ending is the one i did and im not pleased

There's only 2 different endings as far as I am aware (Revenge or the Deal).

The limit on how much ammo you can carry is removed when you get 100% (i.e, you can carry more than 8 rockets). However, if you save a game where you have more than the limit, it will revert back to it, so be careful you don't waste your money!
Apparently, you unlock an Annihilator helicopter with rockets when you get 200 pigeons, but I haven't been able to find it.

I've only got 92% or so at the moment. Need some more random encounters and some more activities with my friends. Normally I try to achieve 100% on GTA (it's like OCD for me or something), but I'm not sure if I can be bothered.
The thing that has most impressed me with this game is the loads of little details that are in it. Nothing important, but does help give a more immersive feeling to it.

About the 200 pegions.
I've already completed the story. I was messing around today. I drove to the airport.
I headed where all the airplanes are parked up. Although that alone was enough for me to get a pretty high wanted level I came across a black helicopter. I stole it. It has machine guns on it.
I have only killed about 18 flying rats.
A look on You-Tube seems to confirm that this helicopter is in a few locations in the city.
The black helicopter I flew only had machine guns. If you kill all the pigeons does that give you rocket launchers?
