Yes for the safety aspect it is a good idea, but as for them being 'extra large' huh , my parking is as good as any mans!
So, these pink parking spaces are larger and detatched from the other spaces?
Lol, I think its downright hypocritical of women to demand equal treatment and all that and then they go and devalue their demands by demanding special treatment in another area well, maybe they haven't but you see what I'm getting at.
Maybe men and woment aren't equal and they should shut up and accept their reduced pay as they clearly get more given to them because they're not equal?
Thats what it makes ME think anyway and don't you dare say I'm sexist, I just can't stand such double-standards
I don't drive yet, but no I wouldn't park in a pink parking space, just like any other specially designated parking spaces as I'm thankfully not female, very damn enabled and I certainly don't have any kids, lol
P.S. Lighting and CCTV cameras are going to stop a group of masked toerags from doing what they will, although I'm aware many will be deterred, lol!

I really want to make a joke about drown bays for bikes but its too easy
I don't have any strong opinion on this either way, but I'll go into super-uber-kneejerk mode and randomly mash the keys on my keyboard until an almost but not quite entirely incoherent argument appears on the screen.
yeah i totally would!!! pink is super!
CCTV all well and good.. but
would anyone like to explain exactly why they need to be extra large??the extra large parking spaces
To make it easier to get out of quickly in the event of feeling threatened, obviously
Will they also be providing tight brown spaces?
(c.f. old snooker player joke)
