You know eating more than one apple a day is very likely to consitpate you(well in my experience )
I eat a Apple in the morning, Banana when i get home and i save an orange and some grapes till after dinner (when you feel the need to pick at something and nibble as its better than crisps).

I love my fruit and veg. I usually do get through at least 5 portions a day, but I should probably eat more. Man I love a mango all to myself

Yeah they're not too bad - I prefered the tex-mex whoppers over these though.

I usually have an apple and a banana a day and sometimes some strawberries or something for 'pudding'.

Im eating more veggies these days coz of being on a diet and most veggies are 'free' in terms of points whereas fruit isnt.

one of the reasons fruit is so good for you is because it is full of antioxidants

I'm only on my fifth piece of fruit today

I don't generally eat much fruit on the weekends though, it's more when I'm at work.

I don't eat fruit... never liked it much, only like apples and pineapples... and pears at a push.

I'd say that in terms of actual pieces of fruit, I've not eaten any in 2007.

In terms of veg, I'm not as bad, usually have at least one serving per day.

    I'm 24, weigh between 10 and 11 stone and am 5'9 - 5'10.

Bananas - make me feel sick too. My mates forced me to drink a banana shot on holiday - it was 'orrible!

At least two apples a day, and one of anything else if we have it
