I got one last year, I work part time in a supermarket so can grab loads of fruit cheap at the end of a day.

The hassle of cleaning it gets on my nerves and probably ius the reason I haven't used it for months, but then again you could juice loads at the beginning of the week and keep it in the fridge.

My housemate never and I mean NEVER has fruit or vegetables. I've lived with him for 3 years and he's not eaten a single piece of fruit or veg in all that time. Yet he went to a free check up at uni recently and he's in perfect health, I seriously can't understand it.

I can't eat lots of oranges, my teeth are sensitive sometimes and the acid hurts them, and it also gives me heartburn a lot Eating an orange a day is even too much now, I used to eat them loads and have only orange juice but now.. :/

Because he's young that's why, earlier in life even through your 20's your body can cope with most punishment you give it. It's later, once things start to slow down a bit that things like an unhealthy diet really catch up with you.

Like most people, not as much as I should. Usually a bit of fruit in the morning (melon ussually) and fruit juice. Chips for lunch (potatoes count ) and then usually a couple of veg for dinner. I've also stopped having spuds in the evening and having brocolli, parsnips or carrots instead. However, the mess seems very capable of boiling any goodness out of them, so would have to question whether they count or not .

Have always thought of getting a smoothie maker since I was at uni 7 years ago. Haven't progressed very far on that front

We'd never get on as room-mates. We'd always be fighting over the 'tatoes. :

Other than them, my philosophy is if it couldn't walk, then it's pointless.

    I'm really not a diet-oriented guy.
