Most of the main roads in my town are now closed.
A nearby town has had areas evacuated.
and buses may not be running meaning i may have to walk home through flooded areas
of maybe i'll get a taxi

We had a couple of roads washed out but theres plenty of alternatives thankfully. It's worse than snow though because most people have the..it's only a bit of rain attitude.. as they float away into a field
Floods? Really humid here in Germany and my ex-housemate (from Athens) is just talking to me on msn, he says it's 43c there in Athens! Crazy England.

a few floods, roads were getting shut, but its not rained for an hour, so fingers crossed,
on a plus note, my bmw doesnt leak when its 18" deep in water !
In Scotland it seemswell, was bright and sunny this morning, kinda dulled down now...

weve got lots of heavey rain, but no serious floods. just the small roads getting a bit wet
im hating it though, its been my birthday month!!! nothing but rain and grey lol
Its been raining here nearly non stop, but luckily no major flooding yet, just watching the forecast now, and its going to be the same for a while, with increased winds! Terrific!
i think were over it now, no more rain forcast. hopefully they will repoen the roads as i need to go out !

I have a small swimming pool for a back garden and a small pond for a driveAnd yet go 100 metres round the corner and the main road into my street is flooded!
Been constant here all day in York. Took the mum in law 3 n half hours to get from Chester to here this morning because the M62 was flooded in parts!
