Onwards for glory, for the motherland!
Edward I predates Hamden though.
And you know that picture of Bobby Moore holding the World Cup aloft in victory... couldn't find a picture of wee Jock McSporan doing the same.
Eng-er-land, eng-er-land, eng-er-land!
I would love Celtic and Rangers to play in the Premiership, so we could all see what playing in a proper league would do to these two mid-table outfits. No Gretna in the Premiership. They'd be lucky to finish in the top 6.
well, the top team in Scotland gets less for winning the Premier League than the lowest team in the Premiership gets for being relegated, and Celtic have still managed to get to the final of the Uefa Cup and the quarters in the Champions league in the past few years, so i think either Celtic or Rangers would do damn well in the Premiership tbh.
and just a FYI, Celtic were the first BRITISH team to win the European Cup, all the English teams have been playing catchup since.
oh, and 1966? clearly offside you cheating gits
They were, yes. And fair play to them. My old man is Scotish, but he's a Rangers man, no hoops allowed in our house, not even Hola Hoops.
Russian Linesmen ftw btw kthxbye.
When Britain fir(ir-ir-ir)ist at heav'ns command
Aro(o-o-o-o-o-o-o)ose from out the a-a-a-azure main,
Arose Arose Arose from out the azure main,
This Was The Charter,
The Charter Of The Land,
And Guardian a-a-a-a-angels sang this strain:
RULE BRITANNIA! BRITANNIA RULES THE WAVES!
AND BRITONS NEVER SHALL BE SLAVES!
(FTW TBH).
Tell that to New Labour, who've sold many of our jobs abroad and seem to think that they can compel us all to turn up to be catalogued for their ID cards.
WELL, UP YOUR ARSE!
