Not at all cynical. Like the race between the Veyron and the Typhoon, the military will do a lot to get good PR at the moment; so sequence like that shown yesterday was very beneficial to them.
as has been mentioned, the grenade holders cracked me up!
The royal marines couldn't buy better advertising than that.
throw new ArgumentException (String, String, Exception)
Ford could do a lot worse out of it as well.. it made their rediculous adverts look feasible lol
I thought the same thing. Shouldn't it have been totally flooded?
Best Line: Is it green? Yes... very!
This is hilarious!
(They have s swear filter but it doesn't seem to work all that well)

Anyway - a brilliant episode. Completely ludicrous test for the Fiesta, I couldn't believe what I was watching at the time, and considering it survived driving through the sea (well, it carried on going until the end of the filming, god knows what state it's in now) that's got to be a brilliant advert
edit: i fast forwarded through the Boris Johnson bit (as I do with most of the "star in a reasonably priced car" sections) - did I miss anything interesting?

there was also controversy on whether the killed car was his, someone connected with the show had e-mailed to say it wasn'tand they had cleaned up a scrapper for that bit
