Try to take most things with a pinch of salt around here Rebel. Some of the people making the comments about Gibbos employment have never had a real world job and have no idea what it's like to be in the workplace. Sadly they don't realise that school doesn't teach real world experience.

I have no doubt that almost everyone here has had a job they disliked or go wrong on them. It happens.

Quite honestly, if I was Gibbo I wouldn't be defending the reasons of where I had worked. It has little to do with anyone else.

Getting the message out is done, however I wanted the truth to be known, a lot of members here are OcUK members which is a fact and when they were asking where I had gone their post got deleted and as I was banned it was not even possible to mail them.

However this thread yes takes up quite a lot of my time because I am doing my best to answer all the questions I have been bombarded with and I do not mind, but it all takes time and well I'd rather deal with this thread, get all questions answered, defend myself where need be because I am not the kind of guy who lets someone take pot shots and just sit there and take it, but I don't think many guys would.

I don't need anyone else to handle anything for me, I can do it myself thanks and I will do my best to answer peoples questions and defend myself where required.

Its OK and I actually do feel welcome here because if you go through the thread and count those saying welcome, well its about 90-95% of the posters. Nobody can ever please or get along with 100% of people but all I can do is try. Its just a shame certain people like Matt Hodgson seem to think that one person equals not being welcome somewhere.

I always learnt that if more than 50% welcome you then your indeed welcome, here and every where else I am seeing 90-95%, even 100% in some cases.

I can't please everyone but I hope with time those who have their doubts now will at least give me chance instead of judging me on what seems like a 48 hour period.

I think you boys should all go have a sit down, and think about what losing your job around christmas time plus all the fallout would be like. Especially dealing with OCUK.

It just I will defend myself against the edgy people as such because thats just me. Its my intention to become a frequent poster here, Novatech and TPR. However I am sure the guys here just dont want me spamming the hexus forums and as you put want constructive post which will come with time.

I've worked pretty much every single day since leaving school, thanks, so I'm not quite sure why I'd need it. I certainly haven't commented on Gibbos employment, and I'm not sure why others feel to be rude about it either.

Like Tig's and Zak, what a shocking welcome Gibbo has been given
