Even though i find myself in the governments theoretical priority at risk group (Asthama). I think ill give this "rushed through" vaccine a miss thanks
So Asthma is the risk group? I'm in that then - if the doctor acknowledges it. although I've never been diagnosed with it by my doctor (as it was really mild before) now it's got worse, I use my dads blue n brown inhaler often.
because I do not have the mental capacity to fully comprehend to destructive life destroying properties of the swine flu.
And lets face it, as bad as it is, when you look at it lightly, swine flu is funny. Just look at all the pics earlier in this thread.
Every swine gets flu. So I guess when I get it, it will wipe that grin of my face.
Tamiflu resistant Swine Flu has been detected in about 4 people across the world, but all the cases are well distanced/seperated.

i skipped the gym for 2 weeks following the swine flu scare. at this point im just like "meh" whatever happens happens.
What could be the underlying health problems that they keep refering to? They always state (apart from the last couple of deaths) that the sufferer had "underlying health problems" but never say exactly what :-\
A way to look at it for anyone worried about catching it - in the UK, several thousand people have had it and less than 5 have died. They all had 'underlying health problems' to start with so their immune defence was down. There is a lower death rate with this than seasonal Flu and at least if you do catch it you will build some defence to the virus. All in all I wouldn't bother yourself worrying about it - I was myself at first but now I know more about it I'm not.
I'm worried for my son as he's only 19 months old but not me to be honest
I've had worse; I wouldn't wish it on anyone else though.....
