thanks guys! you have all made me feel even better i goto slimming world class tonight at 6pm... i'm hoping for a 1 - 2 pound loss this week as i went out for a 'bad' meal on saturday night, but i did manage a 3mile run last night so i hope a little loss will be on the cards!
failed to make it to diet club today....... but did make a 6 mile run and then the misses got a chinky in and now i feel guilty!

lol - I've found alternating jogging with sprints helps keep heart rate up, improve stamina and burn off some of that fat. I've lost 5kg in two weeks (down to 92) which is pretty good.
Trick is with sprints - stop before you throw up. Else it ruins your session!
I'm investing 50 quid a week on a trainer - he's evil, but it helps. working core stability, stamina etc - and just cutting out junk food altogether.
Cycling 4 miles every morning as of sat, with an hour walk in the evening just makes a huge difference to energy levels.
Also - something surprising that I've just discovered - cutting out milk from my coffee also makes a large difference.
A nice large mug of black coffee with 2 sugars is a great way to kick start the day, with a couple of slices of toast - less bloated, and seemingly faster weight loss.

Not part of a club myself - but then again I really need to start picking up on exercise - I seem to be on a slippery slope downhill atm.

exercise wise i like to run about 3 miles in the morning whenever i can... it makes me puffed out at the time... but i then have a real hyper buzz for a few hours afterwards! so it makes you feel and look great!
