Yes (& it is who uses not which) .

Oh & both Firefox & Opera have had vulnerabilities found in them.
The difference is that in both cases they are taken seriously & patched in a matter of days - iirc it took MS over a year to patch 1 known flaw in IE.

I must admit, like Ferral I've romoved IE (as much as it's possible to do). But I still use Opera, I suppose it's just a matter of what you get used to. Firefox & Mozilla get used occasionally too.

I've installed FireFox in the past to see what its like, but it just looks like any other browser, and for that I might have kept it. But, I'm a tad impatient with the picture loading, so I went back to IE.

well is a shame there isn't a firefox OS...
speaking of patching - how often do we get those annoying pop-ups saying 'critial flaw in IE found'? kind of annoying. firefox will just patch every so often but so far its all been good. ok, so when everyone is using firefox then maybe that might give us cause for concern as thats all the hackers will go for. until then I'd say we're fairly safe, the open source junkees will keep things sweet too

edit: ok so picture loading is a teeny bit slow but I know that'll get quicker as updates/releases happen. its the tab-browsing thats very handy

Ive stuck with IE, I like the way it works, the way it integrates with windows etc.

I'm looking forward to 7, it could be very crap though with stupid flashy graphics and "user-friendly" interface

    Any screen caps?

It's all well using Internet Explorer, lets face it, people will mostly take the easiest path.

But I think Microsoft should make their recent "AntiSpyware" software a critical update within Windows Update, monitoring and preventing IE being the gateway that infects and inundates PCs.

To be honest, I'll not touch IE7 with a barge pole, and any mates caught using this will be beat around the head with a big stick.

Wonder how many new holes will be created with this dodgy piece of crap.

As an aside - anyone tried UNinstalling the MS anti-spyware? Good luck
