if you watch the nes in the US its all generated through fear...cross the border to canada (yay!!) and the news is completely different.

Localy (don't have cable/sattlelite TV), I get Fox, CBS, ABC, NBC, and PBS (wich plays BBC world news). It's interesting to watch the different spin each station puts on the same stories.

People were desperate, hotel owners probably aren't going to be getting much income for a bit and they wantred to get as much in now as poss.
