nah, he works in the best piercing place over here as an apprentice. He changes his gloves 4 times throughout the whole piercing process, that's how clean it is

ok.... how painfull is ear cartalidge to get done.
Gimme something to relate to. Toe stubbing? (which is actually more painfull than fractureing a bone, it turns out)
Just get drunk first. Nothing hurts then.Originally Posted by Konan555

Seriously- you're an amateur. I'd do the top of my ear for a fiver let alone fifty. The one piercing I have is my belly button, which I did myself with a safety pin 12 days after my 18th birthday. My mum was (predicatably) horrified- I'd have much preferred her to chuck me some cash.Originally Posted by Konan555
I only have my ears at 14mm nowadays. Used to have a few though - nips, PA, frenum, bottom of the navel, lip, daith, rook and tongue. I think that's it. Not all at the same time though, some longer than others, some I removed for other reasons, etc etc.
I would never get any form of piercing, but I would likely never work for an employer who is so superfical and bigoted as to deny a job to someone purely on the basis of facial piercings.Originally Posted by smtkr
i've a cartilidge orbital in the top of my ear, which is nice and rare. other than that i've got my tongue and left nip done - used to have my eyebrow done twice and my labret, but they had to go for work..

Got no up to date pics but over the years i've had -
Tragus
Septum
Labret
Tongue
A Lobe Orbital
2 * 6mm Flesh tunnels one in each ear
3 * 1" bars in the top of my forearm
left eyebrow
upper ear cartialage
tongue, labret, flesh tunnels, tragus and cartilage piercings are all that remains atm.
As for people poking fun at people with piercings calling them goth's/teen angst wannabe's, I suggest you grow up. And to the guy who said he'd never employ anyone with facial piercings, why? you'd rather hire someone who self harms and can cover it up or beats his wife and no-one knows? just because people choose to have piercings doesn't make them bad people or people to single out and in most lines of work customers are very accepting. I'm a care worker with the mentally disabled and never once have my piercings been a problem for patients or staff.
fortunately, people in the uk are open-minded.Originally Posted by smtkr

I don't want piercings, I can't see how people like having them to be honest.
