Its great that they are offering free delivery anyway - the courier charge is one thing that puts me off when ordering!

    Hiya,

Quick question that I hope is in the right place.

Is there any reason anybody can see why I can not pair my Hexus and Scan accounts at the moment? (The only difference I can see is my Hexus account uses my old .co.uk version of my domain and the Scan account uses the .com version).

I won’t post the details here but I am 99.9% sure they are correct. The error I get is "Your HEXUS account was not found. Please try again, ensuring your details are entered correctly.". As I can happily post to Hexus I assume my account is fine.

I tried to do this some time ago and got the same error and was not really too worried but as this new order is just shy of £700 saving £12 on the postage was worth the effort to get this tied up .

Just a quick question that may already have been discussed but I seem to have missed it.

I ordered around £130 worth of stuff last night, taking advantage of the excellent free delivery offer, and the estimated delivery date is in a weeks time. Has the Hexus-Scan free delivery been changed to non-next-day in recent months?

Not a big deal if it has but just wondering nevertheless. By the way, I ordered the night-vision scope. What a gadget-and-a-half! I have no idea what i'll do with it but it just seems a great toy to have.

Yes, this has been raised before.. but the despatch time is the same if you where paying or not paying.

We've an order backlog - and rather than promising your order will be shipped for next day - and there being a good chance it will not - we'd rather advise you before you've confirmed the order.

BTW: The night-sight looks handy to me as well

Do you realise that this has taken away one of my small pleasures in life? I live about 20 mins drive from Scan and love to drive past Bolton Wanderers ground waving 2 fingers at it as I go to pick up my discs!

Still... saves on petrol. Great post and thanks for the info.

Is that 2 fingers of victory

The only problem with the free shipping is - you get withdrawal symptoms if you dont' order regularly

Oh and thank you Scan, I must have saved a fair bit on postage since the offer went live.

I'm only up to 10 posts so far (11 with this) so don't qualify for it yet according to what I've read. So I had the chance to wave my 1st 2 digits at the Reebok again... Not the Victory V's though my friend!!!

Not advisable while bombing it down the motorway... But... Needs must!

    Now I'm £80 lighter
