I'm having trouble associating my Scan account with my HEXUS username. Lee, please could you help me?
Here's what I'm entering:
HEXUS User ID: 36942
HEXUS Username: Chinezegirl
HEXUS Email Address: oiyunli@hotmail. com

I keep on getting the following message,
"Your HEXUS account was not found.
Please try again, ensuring your details are entered correctly."

What am I doing wrong?
