The minimum spend is £20 not including VAT and its compulsory to get free shipping.
Perhaps the thread at the begining should mention that the numbers can be easily seen in the address bar of your browser...at least that where I found mine!
shhhhhhh, we're reeling 'em in Clunk!
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

A quick question -- I registered on Hexux back in November 2006, but really wasn't very active then. However I am active now, but my average posts per day is 0.12 because of when I am registered. Can I still use this offer or will my posts be reset to 0? .
scan wont find my user account...was working fine couple of weeks ago?
I've been a member since 2005 and regularly read the Hexus Forums but didn't feel the need to contribute any comments as it wouldn't be of any use to anyone. S'pose i'm the quiet type.
Does this mean i need to post general crap comments on the Hexus Forums to get Free Delivery from Scan..... this seems a bit stupid to me.
Why not just give Free Delivery to all Registered Hexus Members anyway ???
Looks like Scan have just lost out on another £300 from me for this precise reason !!

That's a shame !
Scan as losing out big style because of this and due to their shipping prices being extertionate if you can't get free delivery.
Its very generous that Scan are giving us free delivery - it costs them money to send stuff out by CityLink (ie. its not free for them)
Yes, but presumably they benefit too? After all, there's several competitors and this may well be why a lot of Hexusites order from Scan, not a competitor. I'm pretty confident that some business planning went into this, and that it's deemed to be worthwhile, and isn't pure altruism.
Having said that, if it works for Scan, it certainly works for me.
People are always put off by postage when buying something, that's why people often would rather spend £15 at Amazon than buy one thing and have to pay postage.
