hi, i just ordered from scan and before, it was free next day delivery but it seems as though it aint anymore i ordered somthing online today and it will be delivered next wednesday. what hapened to the free next day delivery?
It is Free next-day delivery - and your order placed earlier today was with free carriage.
Despatch is Tuesday, delivery will be wednesday.

If the earliest delivery date the Scan site gaave you is Wednesday is because they are already very busy - the date is adjusted by Scan to give you as accurate a delivery date as they can where possible.
You would have come back and ranted about now had they not given you Wednesday as the delivery date rather than you presuming it would turn up Monday

yes matt you are right i would have been ranting for sure hehe.But scan are realy good, especialy their telephone support. i remember i had problems with deliveries and a quick chat with one of the scan employes sorted it out

I've used the free carriage offer before, but it seems to be a no go for me right now. Can somebody please take a look as I have a big order ready and waiting.
Parm - your details work fine (just tested them myself)
1 - Make sure you are using the orange "Login" button on the left side of our main pages... not the "Associate" link
2 - Make sure you have the correct case of your password etc....
