I had the same issue with it the other day. It seemed I wasn't registered even though I have been for ages. So I tried to re-register and had problems. In the end I had to use a capital "i" for iranu and everything went smoothly after that.

Ensure you have the correct user id (hexus forum > use cp > My profile > last 4 digits in address bar) and you are using the same email address as the one you signed up for with hexus.

Then play around with your name. It maybe that it will only accept a capital for the first letter or perhaps does not allow gaps in the user name. Good luck.

That's interesting. One of the Scan guys was going to look into an issue for me but responded saying he didn't have the details necessary as I didn't have Scan2Hexus registered, even though I have (& have used the offer twice). Seems it doesn't always work for them either. Maybe they've changed something recently?

Think there should be a sticky in the Scan section with a link to this post as many people post asking how to set up free hexus carriage. The Scans free carriage sticky does not mention how to do it.
