I've just had my email address thrashed by Scan emails. Very surprised at the moment, as I hadn't expected them until tomorrow evening, but it seems that my order will be delivered tomorrow. Result! Thanks again... don't suppose you need any help over there, eh?

I have tried signing up, logged into my scan account so I can add the details to Scan for the hexus offer. I have double checked the ID of my user account here, double checked the email address, so I am just wondering, is it my user name causing the issue with the system as its Grey M@a and the @ sign causing issues?

All I get is "Your HEXUS account was not found.
Please try again, ensuring your details are entered correctly."
