your user number is 1527. you are putting that in and not "coco" right?

i am entering my details correctly hexus user id : 1527,hexus username : coco and my email address but it still don't work what do i do now ?

I'm still unable to update the shipping offer on my scan account. Still keep saying I don't have enought posts.

Any updates on getting it sorted?

I want to make a big order asap and would prefer to not have to phone my order though to get the shipping offer.

still can't link my scan account with my hexus one , maybe i don't have enough constructive posts a week ? i don't know coz does anybody tell you that when you can't link accounts,
r people still getting free delivery ? seems a shame i waited till i had a lot of things to order rather than take the pee with lots little orders.
Just wondered is this post considered a constructive one by the mods or maybe i should spam the forums with similar nonsense that has appeared recently in the forums , like a poll on the most comfy toilet paper..

Im having trouble signing up, do I need to wait a day before I can register to the scheme now I have my 25 posts

Also there is the "Validate using my DVdoctor.community account" option which isnt on the guide, I'm not sure if I need it or not

That's because about 11 of your posts where made today - you need to wait until midnight.

This is only needed if you sign up from Hexus's DVDoctor site... but you're here, so you don't need to click that

Please use the login option on our main site. There's no need to use the "signup" link again now
