Uncheck the validate checkbox. That sorted it for me.
You only use the checkbox if you are a DV Doctor member...

I can't seem to log in to my SCAN account to associate my account with my HEXUS account. Where would I ask for help? I was told over the phone by sales to go to the forums, but I can't find any on SCAN?

kool, i have a question though, i have already got an account with scan using the same email i use for these forums, can someone just hook me up to free delivery please without me having to re apply?
