Not drinking enough water would cause headaches but wouldn't cause your vision to go. Anyway, you're far more likely to get a problem with this in the Summer when it's hot (ish).

Incidentally, most people don't drink enough water. 8 glasses a day is the recommended amount (and tea, coffee and beer/alcohol don't count as they dehydrate you). If you've been cycling you'll be sweating more of course, so it's a good idea to have some water when you get to school.

    It's too quiet...

I take a bottle of lucazaide to school so I can drink it when I get there.. do you think I should take just plain water instead?

Well, low blood sugar can cause migraines so lucozade is good as it will give you a sugar and water boost. Not sure what it'll do to your teeth though...

lol. Well I guess I'll drink some water before I set off, and take the bottle of lucozade for when I get to school.

I get very weird migraines, i lose half the sight in my right eye then the headache starts after that all over my left eye area. It's good though coz it means I've worked out what it is before the headache disables me. (i.e i know that once i start losing my sight, i need to take some tablets to stop the headache progressing)
thats almost trhe same for me only for me the loosing my sight bit is the worst thing
