    Damn it! I'm really angry!

Went to a house party last night in St. Albans, me and the wife stayed with friends afterwards in Oakwood. Had a wicked time incidently, went to bed at 7 this morning!

Went back this afternoon to pick up our car and some little pikey sh**e had scratched "F**K OFF" into the paint on the back in 7cm high letters. Right down to the undercoat primer and in some places down to the metal.

Our car is an 02 Pug 206 its deep purple and the undertcoat is almost white so it REALLY shows. It is a nice area where our mates in St Albans live too!

What the hell is going on with society, why do kids not respect other peoples property. If I caught my kids doing anything like that, I swear they would wish they were dead! Its little chavs like this that grow up to be the scumbags we all loath! Honestly, had I have caught them (And I'm glad that I didn't) I would not have been responsible for my actions!

It is going to cost me a small fortune to get it fixed, the whole hatchback needs to be cut back and blown over. Its not really the money though its the principal of the whole thing. If I claim on the Insurance I loose 5 years no claims and have to pay £150 excess. If I pay myself its gonna cost me around £300. Its just too deep and wide ( 3 -4mm wide! ) to use the wax sticks and if I use a touch up brush, you will still see what it says.

    Man am I p***ed off!

    [/RANT OFF]

happend to the old guy that lives opposite recently. Had a go at some chavs for running thro his garden, so they scrached c*nt in foot high letters on the bonnet of his nice blue Jag XK. Done with a stanley knife by the looks of it, scored the metal.

What kind of world do we live in???? It's awful, that a pensioner has to bear the brunt of malicious vandalism.

It's especially frustrating when there's absolutely nothing you can do to prevent this kind of thing (bar keeping your car in the garage _all_ the time). :/

I really feel for you, I know the type of people that do things like that and it really pisses me off (being 17, I live with them every day at college). Vandalising a wall is one thing, but doing it to a car... that's just over the line! If I ever saw anyone doing that to my car I would have to grab a baseball bat or something of equal proportions and smack it around their stupid little faces. Watch their god damn gold teeth fall to the pavement.
Living in the countryside as I do though I don't get any problems at my house:
Gates block the entrance, which is also being watched by CCTV (6 cameras all around the property )

    Cheers for the sympathy guys!!

It sucks that these muppets know they can get away with doing stuff like this scot free! And we can't touch them without getting locked up for threatening them / beating them with a big stick!! As a teenager I got taught a very painful lesson by a member of the public, I learnt right from wrong and never did anything naughty again!! But now I find myself in not being able to take any action to protect my family, home and property! Nice, thanks go out to the government! Bring back corporal punishment, that would deter much of this anti social behaviour!

Bad boy, if I go through the insurance I lose 5 years no claims and have to pay the excess. Might as well swallow the cost myself as if I claim I will only end up paying it back in the next 3 years insurance premiums!

Grrrr! Thankfully, a few Guinesses have calmed me down a lot!

Gutted, it's one of those things that costs huge amounts of money to fix whichever way you look at it. Didn't offend anyone at the party did you?

Completely agree with you on catching them, been in a similar position, spent a lot of time in the police station explaining, why his teeth had chosen to leave his mouth.

Civil war i say, everyone against the chavs!

Tbh, if you were in a jury of a case where a guy was in trouble for beating a chav to near death, would you convict the guy even if you knew he'd done it? I know i wouldn't!

Sorry to hear about your car though :/

Sorry to hear about your car, do you know what is needed to repair it? A mate had his saxo keyed down the entire drivers side, he went and got it resprayed (it had a few other scratches too tho)

Imagine how pleased I was when someone slung a beer bottle at my car from a passing car. It dented the boot (requiring respray), smashed the rear windscreen and shattered broken glass all over the interior. Cost? About £800. The car? A brand new (well, 6-month old) BMW M3.

I'm not commenting on what would have happened if I ever had (or ever do) find out who did it.

Saracen, I'm actually feeling angry about your story as well. I have a love for M3s... why would someone do something like that!? You should have raced after them
