My guess is that by "orange stuff" you mean Red Leicester?

That reminds me actually, I haven't had any Red Leicester for a while, as far as I'm aware it's just that and strong cheddar (what I usually go for) that I've tried and go for though (not really too tempted to try any others).

I dont know whether it was unique to Canada, but I did find some rasberry chocolate cheese in a Safeway. Surprisingly, it actually tasted ok. Couldn't taste rasberry in it tho, but as chocolate cheese, it was ok & might have benifited with a hint of chilli.

Re: Any other cheese nuts here?

I recommend Hawes Handmade Wensleydale and the flavoured varieties they produce - Real Yorkshire Wensleydale Cheese. They also produce a great cheddar type that is fabulously creamy. The Hawes creamery also has a interesting visitors centre and if you allow enough time you can then drive on eastwards to the Black Sheep Brewery based in Masham, North Yorkshire. Nibbles with your beer anyone?

I first tried various nibbles with beer at the Anheuser-Busch hospitality centre tasting session I attended: strawberry, smoked cheese, chocolate! I don't really approve of the Anheuser-Busch approach to brewing but their hospitality centre was great. Shame it is being converted into a restaurant!

Long Clawson Dairy mature blue Stilton is rather excellent and Swiss Emmentaler AOC although as I am currently on a diet (lost 32lbs but plenty more to go) I am being very strict with myself.
