The account details they sent out before no longer work. I can't access my site or my account so no idea what is going on there.

Yep I have the same problem and when visiting my site I get prompted for a login and after cancelling a few times get a internal server error. The odd thing is that I can still access it via FTP.
Can't login to my control panel or even to the s-i-g-m-a website with the login details they sent in april just get unauthorized. Found an email address for them and tried sending them an email but it bounced so looks like they have gone down
I will wait a few days but looks like I need to find a new host.
I never got an email telling me about a username and password to login to the site... my site still works, just not control panel etc!
