    No, thats bang on mate.
    The extra 4 are optional on almost all boards currently. Over time they will probably start to require them though.
    Aslong as you can get it in with the 4 over hanging, its fine.

    A large number of PSUs will allow you to detach the extra 4 pints now anyway.
