POLL: Your "Order of Distrust" in Hard Drives

I've had IBM, Maxtor, Samsung AND Seagate drives fail on me.

I have never had a Western Digital drive fail on me. I still have a working 13GB WD from around 1998 or so. It's noisy and slow, but it still passes the WD drive test.

So I can't give a fair answer to this poll, except to say that WD - for me - would be the manufacturer I trust the most.

well if you had the same make of drive fail twice or more then you can fairly vote in this poll. this poll should allow multiple choice since only your wd didnt fail.
