About LinkBacksneed soem help with fan wiring, there seems to be a red,yellow and black wire on some and not soem of my fans i have at the mo, any idea what these 3 mean? like earth, power?

never mind , figured it out, i can now use my Akasa fan control and silverstone FM121 fans together by ripping otu the wires form the molex to the 3 pin connector (with only one pin usualyl attached) and yes ill be gettin my dad to solder them together
