Candid of my girlfriend, taken in York last weekend. Any tips, should I be doing anything different? I'm still quite new to photography so any advice appreciated!

No it's excellent. Just avoid distracting elements in the background, like the no-right sign!

Thanks Now that you mention it, the sign does catch my eye every time I look at the picture!

The only thing I'm not content about is that now I look again, I may have pushed the levels and contrast a bit too much, because there's no contrast between the edge of her nose and her cheek, it's washed out and blends into one. Oh well, it's only a tiny thing, and I can go back and edit it more in PS if need be!
