take that same setup - then put a white sheet under the bottle and glass, stretch the cloth out and then let it gently curve up and away
then try the same shot..

Thank you Yea I know the sky is a little blown out, I don't have any gradient filters. I'm not sure about the angle, I've never really noticed that. It might be though.
